Student Suspended, Charged for Defending Himself

Another example of how the left wing weenies call the shots not only in our justice system, but also our schools.
A fifteen year old high student in Keswick, Ontario, Canada, has been suspended and charged with assault after teaching a racist bully a lesson.

The Grade 9 student at Keswick High School, who can't be identified, is charged with assault causing bodily harm after breaking another student's nose in a gym class last Tuesday

What has happened to our country, where we cannot not defend ourselves?
Principal Catherine McGinley referred media questions to York Region District School Board spokesman Ross Virgo.

The other boy, who required hospitalization, was also suspended but wasn't charged.

Ah, poor baby, suck it up.
And why wasn't this clown charged with assault?
Students held a protest against racism and in support of the student who was charged, dubbed "Black For Jack"
Can we assume that the Asian student's name is Jack?
Due to provisions in Canada's Youth Criminal Justice Act, neither of the two students involved can be identified.

This is not the first time that racism was an issue in this small town.
In the past, charges were levelled that Asian anglers were targeted by thugs.

Officers arrested a total of five people on St.Patrick's Day, including one woman who blew three times over the legal limit.

London Man Charged With Impaired Driving Causing Death

Two children, 12 and 13, along with a 25 year old adult were the victims of a drunk (allegedly) driver.
The crash occurred outside of Lambeth, at the intersection of Longwoods Road and Westdel Bourne.
I know this stretch of road, it is a "S curve", which is controlled by Stop signs on Westdel Bourne.
Sounds like this guy ran the Stop.

The London Free Press is working on identifying the victims.

Andrew Kummer, 25, of London, has been charged with;
three counts of impaired driving causing death,
three counts of blood/alcohol exceeding 80 mg causing death,
two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm,
two counts of blood/alcohol exceeding 80 mg causing bodily harm.

Another drunk driver, another loss of innocent life.
Why is it, the clown that was impaired(allegedly) always survives the crash, but an innocent family gets killed?
